We do not offer drop shipping services.
This is an online WHOLESALE store for resellers ONLY.
Minimum purchase of $250 is required. Orders not meeting the minimum is subject to under minimum handling fee.
Buyers need to register to view the prices and purchase.
For Florida buyers, Florida Seller's Permit number is required on their account information to purchase from this website.
Payment & Shipping Policy
By default, all shipments will be shipped to the credit card's billing address.
Buyers who have different shipping addresses or PO Box address should contact their card issuing bank and add their desired shipping address as an "Alternate Shipping Address" or add a comment requesting a form for authorization of the desired shipping address.
Orders requesting to a different shipping address will result in automatic cancellation.
Shipping fee is separately calculated during the check-out based on the estimated total weight of the package.
Packages are usually shipped out the next day the order is placed, but please allow up to 2 business days for handling.
Packages are shipped by UPS Ground (3~4 days).
After sale goes through, buyer is responsible to track the package and contact UPS about any issues regarding delivery.
If packages are returned to us for any reason, e.g. refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and 25% restocking fee.
If packages are shipped with free shipping promotion, the refund will exclude the actual shipping cost charged to us plus 25% restocking fee.
When there is any out-of-stock item(s), buyers shall acknowledge that the corresponding refund amount for the item(s) and shipping and handling fees will be issued and only the remaining ordered items will be shipped.
If buyers place any special shipping requests such as leaving a package at door, buyers are responsible for any possible package loss resulting from the requests. Once the package shows "delivered" by UPS tracking information, we are not responsible for package not received claim.
For orders with free shipping, the maximum shipping cost covered by us is the shipping fee waived per order. We try to pack items within the cost waived, but if you prefer larger boxes or more room per box, please do not use the free shipping promotion. Orders that qualify for free shipping that were paid with shipping fee will be packed with more space in larger boxes utilizing the shipping fee paid.
For international orders, please submit inquiries to International transactions are subject to 2% international fee.
Return Policy
Please read our Return Policy carefully before purchasing from us. You are purchasing from a wholesale company as a bulk deal, and unless the item is received with severe damage, we wouldn't be able to authorize return. It is the condition on which sale will be executed for the prices on the website.
All sales are considered final except when the items received involve MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Dent marks or folded marks or minor flaws are not accepted reason for return.
Examples of items that are generally eligible for return are: items with broken zipper, broken strap or strap parts, missing zipper pull, broken hardware, broken snap button, missing embellishments, severely torn material, ripped lining, etc.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Cancellation is not accepted once orders are received. If the order hasn't been prepared or shipped out, we may accept the cancellation request with 10% cancellation fee from the subtotal upon receiving a written cancellation request by email. If cancellation request is approved, we will send a cancellation form that needs to be signed by the buyer for finalization of the process.
3 strike on cancellation policy - 3 cancellations of order leads to a termination of account.
Refund for the defective item will be issued within 7 days upon receiving the defective item back in a form of credit for the item price deducting the promotional discount. Original shipping and any handling fee associated is not refundable in any case. If the order was shipped with free shipping promotion, 15% fee applies to the refund for original shipping fee.
Returns are accepted for refund only. We do not send a replacement item.
  • Each claimed defective item must be in its original packaging with original tag intact. Otherwise, the defect will be categorized as misuse defect, and no refund or credit will be given.
  • We're not responsible for items once they leave your store. We pride in having a very low return rate of less than 0.01%. We try our best to assist with returns within our limit, but due to the nature of wholesale with low mark-up rate, accounts with unusually high rate of return may be terminated when deemed necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We do not carry any illegal replicas, and none of the products sold at BC Handbags is associated with any name-brands.
