REFUND & RETURN POLICY
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Manufacturing defects (broken zipper, broken strap, missing zipper pull, broken hardware, defective snap button, severely torn material, ripped lining) must be reported within 4 days from the date the customer receives the bags. Clear photos must be emailed to sales@bandcbags.com for approval. Once approved, the item must be returned with original packaging and tags or a 30% restocking fee will apply — NO EXCEPTIONS. A credit memo will be issued and applied to the next purchase. We do not issue refunds to credit cards. We do not send replacements. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

BACKORDER & PREORDER
Please verify the shipping date for each item before adding to cart. If no note is left at checkout requesting combined shipment, in-stock items will ship first and backorders/preorders will ship separately once available. All orders are final. No refunds or cancellations.

DROPSHIPPING
We do not offer dropshipping services.

MINIMUM PURCHASE
Minimum order of $250 required. Online wholesale store for resellers only. Buyers must register to view prices and place orders. Florida buyers must provide a valid Florida Seller’s Permit number.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is not included and will be calculated after packing (box size and weight) and charged separately. Orders typically ship the next business day via UPS Ground (1–4 business days). After shipment, buyer is responsible for tracking and contacting UPS regarding delivery issues. Returned packages (refused, unclaimed, undeliverable) will be refunded minus original shipping, return shipping, and 25% restocking fee. Out-of-stock items will be refunded accordingly and remaining items shipped. International orders: contact sales@bandcbags.com. Subject to 2% international processing fee. Cancellations are not accepted once placed. If not prepared or shipped, cancellation may be approved with 10% fee (based on subtotal) upon written email request and signed cancellation form. Three cancellations will result in account termination. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not sell illegal replicas.
